Three Services.
Each Done Properly.
Our work covers quartz module replacement, strap and bracelet services, and complete mechanical overhauls. All three follow the same principle: written estimate, client approval, then work begins.
← Back to HomeHow We Approach Every Repair
No two watches arrive in the same condition. Our process begins with a careful visual and functional assessment before any tools are applied. The watchmaker notes the condition of the case, movement, crystal, and bracelet or strap separately, then prepares a written report for the client.
We do not operate on a batch production model. Each watch moves through the workshop individually, handled by the same watchmaker from intake to return. This continuity means that observations made during assessment are not lost when the actual service begins.
Quality is checked after service using appropriate instruments — timing machine readings for quartz and mechanical calibers, pressure testing for appropriate case types, and visual inspection of case and bracelet finishing under magnification.

Quartz Module Replacement
MYR 320 · 5–7 working days
When a quartz movement can no longer be repaired — whether due to worn gears, damaged circuit, or parts availability — module replacement is the practical alternative. We source replacement movements matched to the original caliber dimensions, so the watch's dial layout, hand fit, and stem position are preserved.
After fitting the new movement, we reset all hands, inspect and replace gaskets where appropriate, and perform a water resistance check suited to the case type. If the original specification cannot be matched exactly, we contact you before proceeding to discuss alternatives.
Included in This Service
- Caliber-matched movement sourcing
- Battery installation
- Gasket inspection and replacement where needed
- Hand reseating and alignment
- Water resistance check
Strap & Bracelet Services
from MYR 180 · 3–5 working days
This service covers the full range of strap and bracelet work: link removal and sizing, strap replacement across leather, rubber, and fabric materials in various widths, and refinishing of metal bracelets through a satin-and-polish process that preserves the original geometry rather than rounding off edges.
Pin and collar replacement, clasp repair, and end-link sourcing for older references are also within scope. If we find that a part can be repaired rather than replaced, we will say so and discuss the difference in outcome with you before proceeding.
Covered Under This Service
- Link removal and bracelet sizing
- Leather, rubber, and fabric strap replacement
- Steel bracelet satin-and-polish refinishing
- Pin, collar, and clasp repair
- End-link sourcing for discontinued models
Complete Overhaul Package
MYR 1,680 · 5–8 weeks
This is the appropriate service for watches that have not been serviced in many years or that are showing multiple symptoms — erratic rate, stiff winding, condensation, or worn case finishing. It covers the full scope of work: movement disassembly and overhaul, ultrasonic cleaning of components, lubrication and reassembly, case refinishing, crystal replacement if needed, and gasket renewal.
The overhaul includes a written condition report and before-and-after photographs of the movement. Work proceeds only after the client has reviewed and approved the estimate from the initial inspection. A six-month service warranty covers the labour performed.
This Package Includes
- Full movement disassembly, cleaning, and overhaul
- Case refinishing
- Crystal and gasket replacement
- Written condition report
- Before-and-after movement photographs
- Six-month service warranty on labour

Technical Standards Across All Services
Secure Handling
Every watch is logged on intake, stored securely, and tracked through each stage of service.
Water Resistance Testing
Pressure testing is applied where the case design supports it. Gaskets are renewed as part of this process.
Rate Accuracy Verification
Timing machine readings are taken before return to confirm the movement is performing within acceptable tolerance.
Magnified Inspection
Case and bracelet finishing is inspected under magnification to confirm consistency before the watch is returned.
Ultrasonic Cleaning
Movement components are cleaned ultrasonically during overhaul, removing contamination without damage to delicate parts.
Client Communication
Any deviation from the agreed estimate — whether due to parts or additional findings — is discussed with the client before proceeding.
