What You Can
Expect from Us
Choosing where to trust your watch is a reasonable thing to think carefully about. Here is what distinguishes our approach from a standard repair counter.
← Back to HomeSix Reasons Clients Choose Quilletta
Nothing Without Your Approval
A written assessment is prepared after the initial inspection. Work only begins once you have reviewed and agreed to the scope and cost. There are no surprises on collection.
One Watchmaker Throughout
Your piece is not transferred between technicians. The same watchmaker assesses, services, and returns your watch. Continuity matters in this kind of work.
Dimension-Matched Sourcing
Replacement movements are sourced to match the original caliber dimensions. Dial layout, hand fit, and case proportions are considered — not just function.
Documented Overhaul Record
Complete overhaul clients receive before-and-after photographs of the movement and a written condition report. A permanent record of the work performed.
Six-Month Service Warranty
Overhaul labour is covered for six months. If any issue arises from work we performed, we address it without additional charge.
Repair Before Replace
We recommend replacement only when repair is genuinely impractical. Where a part can be restored or matched, we explain this before suggesting a new component.
Years at the Bench
Our lead watchmaker has worked on watches for over fifteen years, handling quartz and mechanical calibers across a wide range of brands and conditions. This is not a generalist electronics counter — every piece that arrives is assessed by someone who has worked on movements of similar type before.
- Quartz and mechanical calibers
- Vintage and discontinued references
- Condition-based assessment before every job

Workshop Equipment
We use appropriate specialist tools for each stage of the repair: timing machines to verify rate accuracy, pressure testers for water resistance, and ultrasonic cleaning for small movement components. Equipment is maintained and calibrated regularly. The tools in our workshop are the same category of instruments used by independent watchmakers across the industry.
Communication Without Chasing
We understand that handing over a watch — particularly one with personal significance — is an act of trust. Our client liaison role exists specifically to make sure you are kept informed throughout the repair without needing to follow up yourself. If a part is delayed, if an alternative needs to be discussed, or if the initial estimate requires adjustment, you hear from us first.

Service Pricing
All prices include written estimate. Final cost confirmed before work begins.
Clear Pricing, No Hidden Additions
Our service prices are published and fixed for the stated scope of work. Where additional issues are found during service, we contact you before proceeding — you are never presented with a higher invoice than you agreed to. The complete overhaul price includes the written condition report and movement photography at no additional cost.
Watches That Work as They Should
The measure of good repair work is that the watch runs accurately, the case is returned in the condition agreed, and the client does not need to return within the warranty period. Our six-month overhaul warranty reflects confidence in the standard of work. We track the watches we service and use this data to maintain consistency.
Outcomes We Aim For
- Rate accuracy within manufacturer tolerance
- Water resistance restored to original rating
- Original case geometry preserved during finishing
- Client informed of any limitations before completion

What You Will Not Find Elsewhere
Condition Dossier for Overhauls
Before-and-after photographs of the movement, plus a written report on the condition found and the work carried out. This dossier travels with the watch and provides a documented service record.
End-Link Sourcing for Discontinued Models
For vintage or discontinued references where original bracelet components are no longer available through standard channels, our parts specialist actively searches trade sources before replacement is recommended.
Caliber-Dimension Matching Protocol
When sourcing a replacement quartz movement, we verify caliber dimensions against the original to ensure hands, dial feet, and stem position are correctly matched — preserving the watch's original character.
Bangsar Walk-In Workshop
